Please join the Korean American Pioneer Council in our 3rd annual picnic as we continue to revive an Old Korean American Pioneer Community Tradition. The KAPC will be sponsoring a Picnic for the Korean American Pioneers, and their families from the First Wave of Korean Immigration. Everyone interested in being a part of the Korean American Pioneer Heritage is welcome. The event is open to all people. Lunch will be provided. KAPC looks forward to seeing you.
Planned Event Activities include:
- Opening Group Prayer
- Sing-a-longs and story telling time
- USC Korean Heritage Library
- Video interviews of attendees

Note: There are four tables for seating and two BBQ pits but no electricity. Also there’s a merry go round and pony rides within walking distance and you can drive to Travel town, the miniature railroad, the zoo and Autry Museum.
Directions to Crystal Springs:
- Traveling South on 5 Freeway from the North: exit Los Feliz Blvd., stay on the right (West) to Los Feliz Blvd, turn right to first signal, Riverside Dr.
- Traveling North on the 5 freeway take exit 141B towards Griffith Park. Turn right onto Crystal Springs Drive. Look for the Crystal Springs sign. Turn right and pass the ranger station. As you approach the picnic area turn left into the traffic circle and park in the the first available space.
